Although the Tierney name has a 100-year association with real estate in Mildura, Ryan Tierney honed his marketing skills with a decade in the media before moving into real estate. Creative, friendly and enthusiastic, Ryan headed an award-winning sales team in commercial radio before turning his marketing and business skills to delivering exceptional results for a growing list of real estate clients. Mildura’s diversity of industries, its cosmopolitan restaurants and wineries and the generosity of local people were key considerations when Ryan and his wife Belinda decided to make Mildura home. They are now raising their young family here and enjoy playing their part in building a vibrant Sunraysia region for the future. Ryan, who has a Diploma in Management, and Belinda, an Agent’s Representative, make a dynamic husband-and-wife team. Justin has been in the real estate industry for over 23 years, his enthusiasm and passion for property shows in the way he goes the extra mile to helping his clients. “There is nothing more rewarding than helping people realise their property dreams.” Justin is a licensed Real Estate agent in Victoria and New South Wales and has been involved in some of Mildura’s most iconic projects, including Dockside Mildura Marina Development and Rivers Edge Apartment as part of the Dockside Resort Project. He is actively involved in the Committee of Management for the Mildura Club, Mildura Blue Ribbon Foundation in conjunction with Victorian Police Force and most recently Chairman on the Board of Management of Sunassist Volunteers helpers organisation, all of which he is extremely passionate about. Working closely with our Directors, Zoe plays an integral role in the daily operations and strategic initiatives of our team. A fully licensed real estate agent in Victoria, Zoe’s scope of work is extensive covering everything from uploading listings, conducting sales inspections, preparing contracts of sale, managing negotiations, liaising with buyers' agents and conveyancers, to overseeing marketing, administration and much more. Zoe also serves as our in-house maintenance officer, if it's not working "ask Zoe". She is known for her exceptional emotional intelligence, sharp instincts, and the unique ability to interpret and action Ryan’s writing and creative ideas, no matter how outside the box they may be. At just 22 years old, Zoe is already a homeowner and fully licensed agent, demonstrating impressive industry knowledge and maturity well beyond her years. Her leadership potential is evident, and she continues to be a vital, respected, and forward-thinking member of our team with a bright future in real estate.

With the insightful guidance of my mentor Joylene Mellington offering valuable industry insights, from modern trends to the classic old fashion way. While gaining the tools and knowledge to excel in this industry, I always knew real estate was for me as during my schooling I commenced a school-based apprenticeship where I worked 2 days of the schooling week at Tierney Real Estate. Gaining real life work experience while completing my certificate 3 in business services at just 17, while also getting to be at school still living my youth and graduating was simply fantastic, as it gave me balance of both the school life and workplace life. This balance also allowed myself extra study which paid off with a personal achievement where I won, VCE VM top achiever in my studies as a graduated year 12 student at St Joesph’s College Mildura. Not just following tradition in real estate redefining it with purpose, passion, and aspiration the continue our family legacy for decades to come.
